We are glad that your interview process was positive. We are very particular about our culture and are very data driven. However, we are not a private school, we are a charter school. Charter schools are public schools that are privately managed. As such we do the state testing also, but BASIS very much believes in testing to measure how well we are doing and to give our teachers very valuable information.
