BASCO interview questions

Answered ad seen online. I received a phone call from management and we set up a phone interview time. Spent an hour or so on the phone, I eventually received a phone call asking if I could come to the office for an interview. The interview lasted an hour or so. After some time I got another call to set up a second interview.
