Interview
The interview process has two stages, a phone interview and a face to face interview with two consultants. The phone interview was an in depth discussion of my CV, and the face to face interview involved a presentation I was asked to prepare before, my CV, network analysis and a few puzzles.

Most of the questions were general questions around my CV and about the presentation. The puzzles and network analysis were a little tricky though.

The people are freindly. Right from the start of telephonic HR to On - Boarding it was a delight to be with the team. They are basically looking for intellectual people with professional skill and average intelligence. They have their own training session where they prepare you for internal tools used and thus open to all. You got this, all the best!
