BAE Systems Advanced Test Software interview questions

Was called by initial recruiter for phone screen, described interest, but found that the position wasn't a great fit for my interests. Recruiter said they had another position they would try to interview for instead. Setup a tech interview where we couldn't get the call quality to work well and the interviewer asked the exact same set of questions as the initial interview for about 20min. I ended the call after he said he didn't have any notes from the first interview. If they are not able to communicate at even that basic level then I wasn't really interested in working in that environment.
