BACTES interview questions

The interview was extremely laid back. Basic questions, everyone was very friendly. The interviewer at the time was the manager, he was wearing sandals. He tried very hard to be professional. I was hired and when I moved on from job I learned that the manager at the time was fired for being unprofessional.

One interview.. Typical questions. Weaknesses, strengths, etc. Basic Excel test. Make columns, make alphabetical order without copy or paste. Simple excel stuff. Understand English and Excel was the main criteria.
