I was brought on contract from another project however I had a short face-to-face interview with the hiring director. I was asked a series of questions on C&A documents and stages, Risk Assessment, and NIST Special Publication 800-53 "Security and Privacy Controls for Federal Information Systems and Organizations". I also answered several personality analysis questions.Then I corresponded with the manager for about a week via phone and email till I was sent the new hire contract to sign.
