I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at B&H Worldwide
Interview
I had a highly disappointing experience with B&H Worldwide’s recruitment process. I was initially approached directly via LinkedIn by their in-house HRBP, who stated that my profile was a 'strong match' for the metioned Manager role in West Drayton. Despite responding immediately with my availability for the requested discussion, I was met with complete silence. After a week of ghosting, I took the initiative to apply formally through their career portal and sent a follow-up notice to the HRBP, only to receive a generic, automated rejection email shortly after. Initiating contact with a candidate and then failing to provide any engagement or follow-up is absolutely unprofessional and reflects a lack of basic respect for a candidate's time. For a company in the mission-critical logistics sector, this level of disorganized communication is a poor reflection of their corporate culture. A complete waste of time.
In person group activities. different activities such as stuck on desert island what do you bring. presentation, food provided plus drink friendly atmosphere. overall positive experience. hard to get to location without a car
