Initial telephone conversation with in house recruiter, who had contacted me through LinkedIn. Friendly conversation. Slight hold up with regards to booking an actual interview which was slightly disappointing, however when I contacted them directly an interview was immediately arranged. I was told that they usually hold a two stage interview process, however, I was lucky enough to be offered a role off the back of the first interview. Aman & GG (in house recruiters) were both very friendly, informative and helpful, calling me to give me interview tips and advice, as well as run through any queries regarding my CV. Vienna was also very pleasant and helpful when it came to the onboarding process. Actual interview was with two members of management, a senior manager and a director, but this was not too daunting as they were both friendly and welcoming. Overall a positive experience.

This included an initial conversation with someone from the HR department followed by an interview with the teams senior manager. This included an informal conversation with reasons for applying, information about previous experience and general questions on how to complete a variety of accounts reconciliations.
