The interview was with two AR Managers and they asked me a lot of specific questions regarding my experience with AR as well as working in the staffing industry. They left the interview open for me to speak and ask questions as needed. Very positive experience and I got the job!
Thank you for your review and welcome to the Aya family!

Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aya Healthcare (San Diego, CA) in Sep 2022
Interview
The interview process was streamlined and the recruiter was amazing, staging in constant communication. I first had. A phone interview with the recruiter then took the PI Assessment. After that I interviewed with 2 hiring managers.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aya Healthcare in Nov 2021
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me within 5 minutes of applying. Scheduled a phone interview right away and it went great. He was very kind, engaging and helpful.
I schedule my 2nd phone interview with the department managers which was a video interview and this is where I felt a major disconnect. Both girls that interviewed me were very young. One girl did most of the talking and led the interview but seemed very disinterested in me from the moment she saw my face on the video. She did not smile at all during the interview nor make any attempt to engage in a conversational manner. It was rapid fire interview questions and she visibly winced with disapproval at nearly every answer I gave. The other young lady attempted to be engaging and smiled during her questions but her involvement was minimal.
Needless to say I wasn’t offered the position after a week of them conducting other interviews.
I didn’t feel like I was given a fair chance and that the lady who led the interview knew I wasn’t her choice from the moment she saw my face. I suggest interviewees opt for the non-video phone interviews.
