The process overall took about two weeks from application to decision making. I applied online and received a PI behavioral assessment test. The test consisted of two questions to select personality traits. I was then scheduled for recruiter screening. The call took no more than ten minutes with the recruiter apologizing due to their brain being foggy that day. Recruiter also had trouble reviewing my resume and apologized for being confused reading the company name. The recruiter seemed disinterested from the beginning and barely paying attention to the call. This was an extremely unprofessional screening. I received a rejection email within a few days.
