We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review about your interview experience and apologize it wasn't a positive one. We’ve learned through years of adjusting our hiring process that the PI does a really good job of helping us determine whether or not a certain department/role is a good fit for someone. In 2006, we were lenient with the PI assessment results, and our turnover rate dramatically increased (and employee morale was affected because of this). Since then, we’ve used the PI to ensure we’re putting people in a position where they’ll succeed. Our turnover rate remains very low (especially in the industry), and while this is likely due to a number of factors, we know our odds of hiring employees who will succeed is significantly better because of our in-depth assessment of PI results.
