We ask candidates to take the Predictive Index (the assessment you were given,) because it helps predict their fit for the position applied to as well as the likelihood of their finding success in that role. We want to make sure that not only is every new Aya employee a good fit for the job, but that the job is a good fit for the person as well. The PI assessment helps us ensure that our employees are happy. That said, we apologize if the purpose of the assessment wasn't communicated to you. Based on the information provided in your review, we wouldn't presume to assume why we did not move forward with your candidacy.
