Interview
The first round was Aptitude round.
There were 2 sections.
First was a time tester where we have to solve 6*6=36 normal Aptitude Questions just in 6 minutes and there was no negative marking. (the key was selecting the question quickly), It was normal speed maths.
The second section consists of 25 Questions in 20 minutes with negative marking which were normal aptitude.
Next was trading round(Team activity) in which we had to predict the runs scored in a super over and sell it as well
The round was not clearly described at first because we had to make profit(for which when i asked the interviewer specifically and he didn't answer..... ughh) (which was the main motive) but the emphasis was given on predicting correctly so the confusion)
each round was predicting the score and for every ball you have to callibrate your prediction and make profit.
The final round was Interview and they just needed to know are we really interested in trading job(since it was an engineering college)
It will seriously help if you have trading knowledge know the Sensex, nifty points know about CFA and anything that can depict that you are seriously interested in this trading job.

The interview for the trade role at Axxela was brief, lasting around 10 minutes. It focused mainly on basic questions about my background, understanding of financial markets, and general awareness. The interviewers were polite and assessed communication skills, confidence, and clarity of thought rather than deep technical knowledge.

Difficult but great process. Maths was tested. A bit of markets was tested as well. Mainly it was about how much comfort one has with numbers. Overall experience was great. One of the rounds even had a trading simulation
