I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Axon (Scottsdale, AZ) in Apr 2026
Interview
The hiring process felt extremely drawn out and poorly structured. They made me invest a significant amount of time, but ended up dropping off the communication completely at the end. The lack of transparency and eventual ghosting made the experience highly frustrating and unprofessional. I would not want to apply to Axon again because they do not respect the candidate's time.

I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Axon (Scottsdale, AZ) in Jan 2024
Interview
Recuiter screening >>> Hiring Manager Screen >>> Loop Interview with between 5 and 6 Axon peers and senior managers.
I started interviewing with Axon in October of 2023 for a role that I didn't receive an offer for, but my recuiter got me in the pipeline for the role that I ultimately received an offer for end of January 2024. It was a long processes. The first role I have 6 one hour interviews. The second role I had 4 30 minute interview in person at the Scottsdale HQ. Some interviewers were more conversational, some asked behavioral questions, and some asked navigating ambitious situation type questions.
