I was not in Japan so the interview was conducted online. They asked about previous experience, reasons for wanting to move to Japan, and some general interview questions. They were forthcoming with immigration procedures and assistance they are able to provide with housing and other important aspects of moving to a new country. Salary and benefits were clearly explained, with no ambiguity.
