The interview was divided into a 3-step process. It started with an interview with the hiring manager, roughly 2h long, along with one of his colleagues. After that there was a timed coding test, 180 minutes for 3 problems, followed by a review of said test with people working as programmers in one of the managers teams. Finally there was an interview with HR.

First I did a take home programming test. The test was conducted in three hours consisting of three leetcode-style questions. Then I did a technical Interview with two architects and the boos. Finally, a grandparent interview which had its focus on soft values.
