- First round screening with recruiter - Second round interview with hiring manager - Third round series with stakeholders (engineering, design, operations) - I was rejected after the third round, but I believe there's a project, followed by a final round with leadership The interviews themselves were fine, but the process of working with the recruitment team was frustrating. They leave weeks between each interview round, take much longer than they say they will to follow up, and do other odd things to abuse the power they hold over their applicants. For example, they reached out on a Thursday morning to schedule a call with me for the following Friday afternoon, only to reject me over the phone after I'd waited in anticipation for more than 24 hours. A simple rejection email plus an offer for a follow-up call with feedback would have been so much more humane and aligned with their competitors' practices. Just a warning--this is not a quick-paced or a particularly considerate recruitment process! But the interviews themselves were reasonable.
