Applied online and was contacted by the HR Director a few weeks later. I had a phone interview with her and was then invited for three in-person interviews with 1. Business Development team (Associate and Director), 2. CEO, 3. HR Director.
The Business Development team was very friendly and we seemed to connect well as we talked about my background, skill set, and details of the position at length. The CEO was not rude per say, but a little rough around the edges. He seemed to have his mind made up before the interview and said things like "if I had screened this resume, you wouldn't be in here today" and "I don't think you're the right person for this job." I just let his comments bounce off and smiled my way through, attempting to maintain upbeat and positive. The HR Director took more time than she had said to contact me regarding a decision, but the process was smooth overall.
