Interview
It was very easy. The owner interviewed me and asked non structured questions based on my resume. It lasted 15 minutes in total and I was already hired on the spot.
It would take a few steps over a couple of months, two interviews,one over the phone and one by zoom and a practical case to prepare and discuss with them over the phone.
Very fast. They were in a need to hire someone quickly so I was only asked a few questions about my work history. In general the interview process was very standard.
