I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Axcis
Interview
Fairly straightforward interview, asked about previous experience and explained how the structure worked. At the time they did not have any desk fee. Went through a rec to rec.
Interviewees were friendly and polite.
Had a positive experience.
I attended one interview/ registration meeting, which was conducted online. I was asked basic questions related to children with special education needs and what would I do in certain situations.
I applied online. I interviewed at Axcis (Bristol, England) in Sep 2023
Interview
Quite easy, mostly questions about safeguarding, boundaries with kids, experience and safety. You’ll also require a DBS. Overall, it’s easy to get in. The work involves SEN kids so you must know a bit about this.
