The recruitment process was quite long, involving five interviews in total, from the talent recruiter to senior leaders at both regional and global levels. Everything was progressing well until the final conversation with the hiring manager, where the only topic discussed was my availability to travel (which I confirmed without any issues).
After that, I never received any further communication. I sent two follow-up emails to the talent recruiter, but received no response. Six weeks later, when I logged into the recruitment platform, I found out that my application had been rejected, without even an automatic notification email.
I believe this lack of communication and follow-through shows little consideration for candidates, especially when they are asked to invest nearly three months in such an extensive process, consistently demonstrating interest and availability throughout.
