1st stage interview was a presentation on something in the industry, mine was on rebate catchers. 2nd stage was with the head of key accounts and an account director for the client I would be working on and lastly I meet the head of affiliates for the client. It was one of the networks biggest accounts so might not all be like this!

Provided with interview brief for preparation with plenty of time. Entire interview takes around 1hour and I found that it was a great process to able to put across both knowledge and personality.
