I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Avvo (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2021
Interview
2 step process. Met with the recruiter first and answered general sales questions, past experience. Second interview was with 2 managers on zoom, one at a time. Standard sales questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Avvo (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Spoke to a recruiter with positive experience with them overall, helpful tips were given which I followed. Interviewers were late, very casual, friendly but almost indifferent. I felt almost as if they were already indifferent toward me as a candidate, its not hard to read body language, enthusiasm, facial expressions/energy. I felt I answered questions concisely, gave excellent examples of how I could fulfill job reqs based on past experience. Was told I wasnt given an offer due to not providing experience or exact answers to questions I was asked. I felt from the beginning I would not get an offer, you just get a feeling about these things sometimes. I left the interview feeling positive, successful, and like I checked the boxes. I question if I was in the same room as the interviewers. I have extensive experience working with legal professionals and networking with them locally and otherwise.

Question 1
What were you promoted to in previous work and how was it different from the previous role? (Specifically asking about sales apparently)
