Had three interviews for an LTS, but it moved quickly because I think I was the only one who was interviewing. They told me before the interviews were over that I was going to the next round.

The first round is standard questions. The second round is a demo lesson and questions. You are given the topic ahead of time. The third round is with the superintendent and HR.

Interview
The first part of the interview involved meeting with the Human Resource person. She asked basic questions. I then went in and interviewed with two of the Prinicipals at the same time. This was a little stressful, but not as bad as other teaching interviews I was on. The whole process ended with a one on one interview with the Director of Avongrove.
