Initial interview was via telephone screen answering basic qualifying questions. 1st in person interview was with HR and consultant firm. 2nd interview was with HR, Consultant and CEO. 3rd / final was with HR, CEO, COO and Consultant. 2nd and 3rd included presentation and Q&A session. Job offer followed back ground check, 1-2 weeks.
