Was emailed to schedule a phone interview with HR. Asked basic questions. Told me that I had the technical background for the job and asked my salary expectations. I think this is why I didn't get a callback because it was at the end of their range for the position. At the end of the call she said that I would hear back within the next 3-4 days after she forwards my resume on to the managers. I never heard back
