Aventon Bikes interview questions

Phone screen first, then an in-person interview with the Regional Sales manager, then a video interview with the Regional Sales Manager and the National Sales Director. These 3 interviews took place over about 2 weeks.

I interviewed with Aventon for an HR role and was really disappointed by the experience. The process was unusual since I spoke directly with the CEO without any prior interviews with HR. During the interview, he emphasized prioritizing the business over employees, which raised some concerns about company culture. Afterward, I never received any follow-up or communication. Being completely ghosted after an interview left a poor impression of the company’s professionalism and hiring practices.
