I received an email indicating my resume did not match the position requires at 11:36 AM on August 8, then at 11:53 AM that same day I received another email telling me that my resume "was of interest". That was very confusing. The second email included an employment questionnaire which I completed and emailed back. On Wednesday, August 10th I received a phone call from the HR Assistant asking to set up a telephone interview at 3.:30 PM that day, I accepted at first then realized that I needed more time so I called to reshedule and it was scheduled for Friday the 12th at 11:00 AM. On Friday I waited for the call to come but it never came so I called at 11:35 AM to find out what the problem was, only to find out that the recruiter had forgotten to call me, anyway she interviewed me but it did not go well, all my preparation went to waste. I became nervous and tongue tied and said all the wrong things. Any way I received an email at 1:29 PM informing that my resume was not in line with their job requirements and that should visit the website and update my profile, that did not make sense so I visited their website to check my status and it said that they had made an offer to someone else whose qualifications more closely aligned with their requirements.
