I was working in MNC and looking for change.I interviewed at Avendata. Only one round and that too online test.I cleared that and my notice period was 3 months. After 1 week I got a call and said they are offering me this much and sending me offer letter. They send offer letter after 4-5 days. I ask them before accepting the offer that my notice is 3 months are you okay with that,they said we are okay that's why we offer you. I resigned from my company and maintain in mail that my joining date will be 90 days from now. And In reply of that mail,they told me kindly ignore this offer letter,we want candidate in 1 month. Friends this is fraud company. No proper point of contact. Please don't go for it.
