I interviewed for the Demand Planning Manager position and found the overall candidate experience disappointing.
The process was extremely lengthy, spanning nearly two months from mid-April to mid-June, and included five stages: an initial HR screening, an Excel assessment, a hiring manager interview, a panel interview, and a final interview with the Director. Throughout the process, there were multiple delays, including scheduling gaps due to recruiter availability and several interview reschedules made on short notice, including same-day changes.
While all interviewers were professional and the technical discussions were positive, the communication and coordination throughout the process were lacking. After investing significant time across multiple interview rounds, I ultimately received only an automated rejection email with no personalized feedback or follow-up from the recruiting team.
I fully understand and respect hiring decisions, and my concern is not the outcome. Rather, candidates who dedicate considerable time and effort through an extensive interview process deserve a more professional and personalized conclusion.
