First meeting with the team manager. Second meeting with someone from the senior executive team. Both were really friendly. Great dynamic and the questions were more about intuition, industry knowledge and company research.

Long and extensive. Look over a month and 4-5 interviews with different levels of a management. They dive deep into your background and experience. Customer service and hospitality knowledge goes over well.
