Overall a poor recruiting experience for a company that is based on selling their staff services to customers. Based on my experience I do not think they value their staff. The interview process is a good indicator if a company values potential/future employees and therefore current employees.
1st Stage - Recruiter
2nd Stage - Tests
3rd Stage - HR Manager
After 3rd Stage - No feedback after 2 weeks.
I contacted them several times. They ignored my emails.
Finally I told them I assumed I was rejected as they had not provided any replies/updates to me two weeks after the 3rd stage.
They replied they were still recruiting but no feedback on when I was likely to get an update or feedback.
Over 1 month later received a standard email rejection with zero feedback.
Overall a very poor interview process.
