Three stage interview with recruiter, current engineer and management and vice president. A mixture of technical questions and experience. The second stage was very long perhaps slightly grilled considering it was a graduate role

Structured interview mainly cv based. Very interested in degree more than experience. Mathematics a bonus. Very interested in whether you can work in a team and you just have to be willing to be trained and to travel if necessary.
