wonderful discussions, but not a terribly clear process, i dont know how many discussions i will have to have, nor with whom and i still dont quite understand the hiring process, nor to whom i would report to. again, WONDERFUL discussions, very smart folks, amazing experience and smart energizing conversations, while happy to continue to have many more discussions, no clue if i need to talk to 4 5 10 or more people, nor do i know what the hiring onboarding process actually is. which is odd bc an unattended bot could automate most of this stuff and make the process WAY more efficient.
