Hiring is usually done on the basis of HR interview, where candidate CVs are filtered from various job portals and are communicated. Once your resume is selected from the job portals its likely you would get the job with a little bit of extra homework for the interview

Question 1
Mostly related to the field instruments, PLC and SCADA. And they would even check the ability to read the electrical wiring diagrams.
