Very easy and nice Only HR take interview asked only basic personality questions and education history and any pervious work experience if any. Asked to joined from day after interview appointment latter issued after 6 month of joining

Nothing, If you know the work join. HR don't know how to take interview. Only reference work. Send resume to one of its employee. department head will call you ans discuss just casual talk on experience & last salary & you are done. No role of HR.
