Interview
Super simple. I applied online with my awesome resume and received a call back the next day. Walked in and met with the store manager himself and then the commercial manager second. Fifteen minute interview tops. They asked about my experience with cars, and experience is not mandatory. Asked about my most recent jobs and stuff like that. They just want to make sure that you are willing to work hard and not just sit around or put parts away slowly. They needed someone who is over the age of 21 because that's the requirement to be arrived for autozone. They also told me that I'd be working inside the store in addition to driving. So Ina nutshell they told me the duties of the job then asked me if I was up to it.
The interview was very easy. They ask you basic customer service questions. I need to know that you know how to handle customers and you don’t necessarily need to know much about auto parts. You’ll be working a POS computer answering phones and they just need to make sure you can do all of that.

Interview
The questions were common sense - type customer service oriented questions. Less about car knowledge and more about people skills and accommodation. I passed the interview, books like Dale Carnegie’s how to win friends and influence people helps get you ready for situational questions in interviews like this.
