Phone interview with basic questions; interview with District Manager who asked about past work experience and what I can offer Autozone; interview with Store Manager whom talked on a more personable level and asked about basics of availability and work ethic and home and family life. Hired after 2 weeks

Interview
Went in to meet with the ASM, he asked a bunch of questions. I was asked when I could start. It was VERY casual. I went into the back like break room area and spoke with the ASM while he microwaved his ramen noodles.
Two interviews and done. I don’t remember much about the initial check in but I met with the store manager and everything went smoothly. Customer Service is the highlight of it all. Be willing to learn the rest.

Question 1
Give an example of when you went above and beyond what was required.
There are two interviews. One with the stores General Manager and another with the district manager. The interviews are fairly simple with a small quiz on car part names and common interview questions.
