basice question about the job and how to sell and what you strive for are you a team player not much about it besides being a manager they will ask a different questions all together and will have multiple interviewer from different area to see if they want you in their store and ethnic background counts since it depends on what store your going to.

I applied online, got a call from a store manager a week later, went to interview at local AutoZone hub during their hiring event, and had to go to orientation at another facility farther away.

Very slow process took almost 2 months to do system was very slow but the interview itself was easy and pay was never discussed til after every interview with store and district manger respectively
