Very comfortable and very relaxed. They ask what your background is and what your knowledge of automobiles is. I was asked some questions by the manager interviewing me after that he told me about the company what the job responsibilities are and what is expected.

Interview
Went in to meet with the ASM, he asked a bunch of questions. I was asked when I could start. It was VERY casual. I went into the back like break room area and spoke with the ASM while he microwaved his ramen noodles.
Two interviews and done. I don’t remember much about the initial check in but I met with the store manager and everything went smoothly. Customer Service is the highlight of it all. Be willing to learn the rest.

Question 1
Give an example of when you went above and beyond what was required.
There are two interviews. One with the stores General Manager and another with the district manager. The interviews are fairly simple with a small quiz on car part names and common interview questions.
