Interview
Very easy and straight to the point. The interview lasted for about 20 minutes just explaining the job and what was needed from me. I already have automotive expirience so the job comes very easy to me. I was called the next day after I submitted the application and was hired a week after the interview.
Asked to come in to location and did a basic interview. Manager conducted interview and started the hiring process right away. Then had to do training for about a week. Sat at the computer for days completing training exams.
Just basic questions like tell me about yourself, your experience, skills, and qualities. How would I upsell or recommend additional products to a customer? Friendly. Was offered a job and accepted at the end.
