I had a scheduled interview for 2pm. Waited almost two hours for the manager to interview me which gave me an initial negative perception. Didn’t ask me many questions and seemed like everybody was too busy and all over the place

Interview
I was initially interviewed by the recruiter, who discussed my overall experience. My 2nd interview was with the team lead, who asked more specific questions on related experience. Once I passed the preliminary interviews, I was interviewed by the Operations Manager, who did a final fit check.
