I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AutoBuffs (Douglasville, GA) in Sep 2011
Interview
I was in college when I went to work for this company. My father forwarded me the position.
I called the office and spoke with the general manager. He told me what the position and pay were going to be like, and asked if I was interested. After saying yes, I went to the location and filled out an application. He told me he would get back to me in two-three weeks.
About two weeks later, he called me and asked if I was still looking for a job. I said "yes," and then told me I had the job. He asked if I could report to work on a Saturday, and I said "yes." And after that, I went to work with the company for four years.
There may be times to cover a shift for another co-worker due to the nature of this business. If we called you to cover for someone during a day you had off, would you be willing to cover that shift?
This business is weather-based--meaning that the nature of the weather dictates when we are open or closed. Would you be willing to work for us knowing that there may be times were you may lose income due to the weather?
