Very straight for 3 interview process as long as they believe you can mentally handle this type of sales they will give you a shot. It is phone sales so you have to be able to deal with all types of personalities.

Interview
They called me for an interview after reviewing my online application with my resume. I briefly spoke with a sales manager before he asked me to sit with another representative. I listened to that representative talk to customers for about 45 minutes. They asked me a few more general questions and told me we will call you if there is a fit.
