I applied online and was contacted to perform an interview that would be recorded. I find it very cold and impersonal. Maybe I would have felt differently if I had made it further in the interview process. It boggles my mind that I have EVERY skill they listed on the position posting - EVERY skill, and they couldn't muster up a person to talk to me. Age discrimination perhaps??

I applied, got an interview about 2-3 weeks later. Interview was with 2 different groups. Very straight forward questions. Received a background check request and was made an offer after it cleared.

The interview focused on my resume, covering my coding language proficiency, previous role, and capstone project. They also asked about my familiarity with the Agile process and my ideal work culture.
Straightforward interview. Genuine and honest seeming people. Company seem great to work for and I seemed to get my skills across well. recommend process. Hopeful about my prospects of getting a job
