Initially had a phone interview with the HR representative and she thought I would be a good fit for the position. She said she would speak with the manager from the accounting department and see if she wanted to interview me. A few hours later she scheduled a phone interview with the department manager. The phone interview turned out to be with 2 people from that department (one being the manager) and everything seemed great. We had a couple laughs and conversation flowed outside the typical interview questions. They said there would be a final interview with the controller and they would let me know in a couple weeks the finalists who would interview with the controller. Never heard from them again, I reached out, and never received any reply back. Didn't even get a rejection email at least. Super unprofessional and no real direction in hiring practices.
