I prepared thoroughly so that might be why, onboarded immediately.
They actually prefer people without experiences so encourage newbies to apply. Interviewer is friendly.

Was quick and easy felt like I already had the job when I walked in just asked someone who works there if they were hiring they said they were and a couple weeks later I had my interview

Nice and easy with general questions about yourself and customer service. Applied online and was asked to go in for interview in one of their venue. Interview was in person with their HR who was very lovely and made me feel comfortable and welcomed
