• Ability to research, interpret and apply relevant debt legislation, case law, policy and procedures to implement legal recovery proceedings or determine alternative courses of action to resolve debt matters; or seek guidance when required
• Ability to accurately prepare debt recovery documentation and legal submissions and take appropriate actions on the client account
• Well-developed oral communication skills with the ability to negotiate persuasively, provide clear, accurate advice to debt stakeholders and clients, maintain positive working relationships and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Ability to achieve performance benchmarks and display required behaviours to deliver on business outcomes
