Interview

Two written essay questions, followed by an online aptitude test, online personality test, and a half-day in-person interview, where we had individual interviews and group activities. We were also required to do a impromptu presentation on one of the answers we submitted for the written essay question.

I was taken to a meeting room and after the interview got to meet the team and group lead. They wanted to see that I took a genuine interest in the role and used my enquiries to the team to measure that.
