Firstly is a phone interview for about 10 minutes, then followed by a face-to-face interview.The face to face one mainly focus on behavioural questions, like are you a team player / have you handle conflict? Also they asked about your career development, like where would you see yourself in three years time. The interview takes about 30 minutes
